What is an SUA? Let us start defining what a Software Update Agreement (SUA) is. Essentially, it is a subscription program for software updates. When you purchase selected WISI

products, you have the option to purchase an SUA, which gives you access to all new software updates for the duration of your subscription. This is important because it allows you
to keep your products up to date with the latest software and features, which not only improve their performance, but also prevent problems later.

For your peace of mind, a one-year SUA is always included when you purchase a WISI product that is included in the SUA program.

When you buy a new WISI product, one year's SUA is always included with the purchase. In the following years the SUA can be updated annually to keep your products up to date.
Note that the SUA can be extended at any time, but if you wait until it expires, you will be charged for the entire missing years. To avoid this, renew your SUA regularly.
One of the most common questions we receive is whether SUA coverage is based on the number of installations or the number of serial numbers. The answer is that you purchase
SUA coverage based on serial numbers. This means that base units and modules have their own serial numbers and require their own SUA licence .
 
When you buy a new device, an SUA is always included for one year, but after that year you will need to renew the SUA. Another question that is often asked is whether customers
will continue to receive service and support for their products after their SUA expires. Long story short: – Yes, WISI service and support is always included when you buy our products.
However, the SUA itself does not govern the support and service contract, but you will need an active SUA to update the software and fix the problem. Whilst it is not a requirement
that you have the latest software on your device, our support team needs to know that you have the latest version of our software, so that they can make their fault analysis on latest
software. You can use your WISI products with older software versions, but you will get the best performance and support if you use the latest version.

Finally, we know that it can be difficult to keep track of all your subscriptions.
We let you know the status of your SUA in good time so that you don't have to worry. 30 days before your SUA expires, you will receive an email asking you to renew your subscription.
This way you keep track of your SUA renewals and ensure you have uninterrupted access to the latest software updates and support for your WISI products. If you have any questions or
need assistance with your subscription, simply contact your WISI sales representative.
To check whether you have a valid SUA, you can view the SUA status in your WISI Connect account.
We are often asked how often we update our software. As a rule, we release two to five updates per year or as required. These are usually major releases, bug fixes or service releases.
If you are registered user in WISI Connect, you will continue to receive timely notification of software updates as soon as they are released. All new software versions are uploaded to
the Downloads section in WISI Connect. There you will find all information about each software version. It is also good to know that we send a newsletter about software updates to our
registered customers so that you are always up to date. As soon as more details about the SUA subscription are available, we will update this text. If you would like to know more,
